Beyond acquired theories, I rely on my life experience.

Like each of you, I've gone through times when everything seemed to be falling apart—professional setbacks, financial emergencies, grief, betrayals, profound self-questioning, and, in my case, incurable illness and a terminal diagnosis. Trials that made no sense… or at least, not yet.

Personal philosophy

I am a man with his "head in the stars", who has worked hard to become grounded.

As a great seeker of the meaning of life and of truth before the eternal, I have experienced that the intrinsic nature of the human being is an infinite universal potential.

It is up to us to activate it in order to live our human experience on this earth.
My approach is holistic—that is, comprehensive. I identify all the bodies that constitute us (physical, mental, energetic, spiritual…), and all the spaces we occupy, personal and professional life, knowing that everything is interconnected and works in concert. The key is to resonate with the note that animates us in order to rediscover harmony within ourselves and with the whole in the grand universal symphony.

Career path

For twenty years, I worked in the corporate world: social rights coordinator in a paramedical structure, European project manager in the automotive industry, administrative director in photography, purchasing director in the aeronautics industry…

I've experienced the pressure of results, difficult decisions, the need to unite teams, and crises to navigate. I know this world from the inside.

I underwent my first Jungian didactic psychoanalysis at 19 and subsequently trained in basic Freudian Jungian psychoanalytic psychotherapy.

My training was complemented by courses in transactional analysis, neuroscience, NLP (neurolinguistic programming), psychopathology and also quantum physics.

From 2006 to 2021, I also founded and managed the Arcoïris firm in Paris, a multidisciplinary approach to supporting individuals.
I work internationally and provide support in French, Spanish, English, and Brazilian Portuguese.
